I just returned from a 2-day trip to Santa Monica, CA to participate in the ViSTA project. ViSTA = Videos for Science Teaching Analysis. I think this is interesting as they are making the videos and the complementary website soley for the purpose for use in a science methods class. Next week I will be off to Washington DC to participate in the National Technology Leadership Summit that is held annually in DC. It is sort of a big deal and I feel very lucky to attend.
